These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of BKMS (Brick Kiln Management System), including its web application, offline desktop application, and any related services (together, the "Service"), provided by Ittefaq Bricks Company ("BKMS", "we", "us"). By creating an account, activating a license, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent ("Company").
BKMS is a business management system for brick kiln operations, covering production, labour, sales, purchasing, finance, and investor reporting. It is offered as a web application and as an offline-capable desktop application. The desktop application is licensed per installation and may be used without an internet connection; it synchronises data with the central service when a connection is available.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorised use. A Company account may have multiple users with different roles; the Company administrator is responsible for assigning roles appropriately and for the accuracy of data entered by its users.
Access to the Service is governed by the licensing or subscription arrangement agreed with your Company at the time of purchase. A desktop license is issued to a specific Company and is bound to the hardware it is activated on. Fees, if applicable, are as agreed in writing (invoice, order form, or equivalent) between you and us; those commercial terms take precedence over any conflicting statement here.
You agree not to:
All operational and business data you enter into the Service — production records, financial entries, employee and customer information, and similar records ("Company Data") — remains the property of your Company. We do not claim ownership of Company Data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Company Data solely to provide and support the Service, including offline-to-cloud synchronisation. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
We aim for high availability of the central service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause temporary downtime. The desktop application is designed to remain usable offline during such interruptions, syncing once connectivity resumes. Support is provided through the channels listed on our Contact page.
The Service's software, design, branding, and documentation are the property of BKMS / Ittefaq Bricks Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such rights to you, except the limited right to use the Service as licensed.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for a Company or user that breaches these Terms, including through abuse, non-payment, or attempts to bypass licensing or security controls. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; reasonable arrangements for exporting Company Data will be offered where practicable and where legally required.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that every calculation will match every accounting practice your business may separately require.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BKMS / Ittefaq Bricks Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your Company for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact page, by email to ceo@sprintn.co, or by phone at +92 319 4040075.
